Pavilion Rental Information
Normandy Isle Park Pavilions
Pavilion Rental Fees:
- Residents: $164 + tax
- Non-Residents: $405 + tax
Events lasting over 4 hrs will be charged an additional $34 / hour
Available for Rent Monday – Sunday, 10 AM – 4 PM
Rules and Regulations:
- Rentals may not be available during regular operating hours.
- Balloons and plastic / metallic decorations (including glitter, tinsel, plastic, metalized confetti, sequins, synthetic flower petals, mylar streamers, etc,) are prohibited in public marinas, parks & beaches.
- Setup and clean up times are included within the 4 hour rental. This includes setup and breakdown of all vendors.
Pool Party Rental Information

Pool Party Rental Fees:
- Residents: $134 + tax (includes 25 guests) Additional guest $5.18 + tax
- Non-Residents: $405 + tax (includes 25 guests) Additional guest $6.42 + tax
- Maximum number of guests: 40 persons
Normandy Isle Pool is located at 7030 Trouville Esplanade
Pool Features:
- The main pool features a lap pool (8 lanes at Flamingo, 4 lanes at Normandy) that are aerated in the summer and heated in the winter to maintain a 79 – 84 degree temperature.
- The water playground is a zero to 15 inch depth interactive/play pool.
- The aquatic facility offers locker rooms with showers, lounge chairs and sunbrellas (must bring your own lock).
- 20’ umbrella (sunbrellas) provided for birthday parties.
Rental Information
- Area is available for rent Saturday – Sunday, 1 PM – 5 PM
- 30 minute setup before event and 30 minute clean up included in 4 hour rental
- Not available on holidays or holiday weekends

- $49 for each additional hour
