Civic Access is a next-generation service site for permitting, planning, business tax receipts, and code compliance. Submit your request online and check back for the status of your permit application, and building plan, or even request an inspection.

Records Management
How Can I Request Records?

Requests can be made via the Citizen Self Service (CSS) portal.  View instructions for submitting a records request online.

The process takes between five to seven business days.  Customers will be notified by email or phone.

Completed requests will be made available for download, CD, or print. Print copies may be requested on the letter, legal, or ledger-size paper.

What Types Of Records Are Kept?

Permit and Inspection history, drawings, applications, and various Building related documents.

Where can I pay the invoice?

Customers may make payments online.  Fees related to public records requests may be found on page 10 of the Fee Schedule .
