Web Booking Terms

Terms of Service

OVERVIEW

By using the online appointment booking system referred to here as “Web Booking”, you agree that you will not use Web Booking for any unlawful activity or use it in any way that would violate the following terms and conditions.

SECTION 1 – APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING

Appointments for all serves except Permit Services and Homeowners, must be made 48 hours in advance.  Appointments are limited to three (3) per day with a maximum of ten (10) in a 21-day period.  For Homeowner appointments, the attendee must present a driver license or other photo ID with proof of residency such as a utility bill.

SECTION 2 – IN-PERSON MEETINGS

You must check-in 15 minutes before your appointment time. If you are late for your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule for another day.  If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms, i.e. headache, body aches, fatigue, diarrhea, vomiting, congestion, fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, lack of taste and/or smell, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment.

SECTION 3 – VIRTUAL MEETINGS

Prior to your virtual meeting, you must ensure that you have installed and are using the Microsoft Teams application.  Microsoft Teams may be downloaded by visiting the following site:  https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-teams/download-app.  If, for any reason, you do not have Microsoft Teams installed, or are not ready for your appointment at the scheduled time, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment.  Virtual meetings may be recorded at the discretion of the City of Miami Beach employee hosting the meeting.  If you do not wish to be recorded, you must state so prior to the start of the meeting.

SECTION 4 – RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION

You may reschedule or cancel your appointment at any time via Web Booking, https://wb-miamibeachfl.qmatic.cloud/.  If you are not checked-in by the scheduled time of your appointment, your appointment will be considered cancelled.  Although we strive to never cancel an appointment, we reserve the right to cancel an appointment due to an emergency, illness, or any unforeseen event.

SECTION 6 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time at this page.  We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to this page. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of Web Booking following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
