How Can I Request Records?

Download the Records Request Form and email it to buildingrecords@miamibeachfl.gov.

 

What Types Of Records Are Kept?

Permit and Inspections history, permit cards, permit drawings, permit applications, and various Building related documents. All records are available on letter to ledger size prints. Digitized documents are also available to pick up in Dropbox.

 

How long does it take?

The process usually takes between five to seven business days. Drawings that have already been digitized can be processed the same day.

 

Where can I pay the invoice?

Customers can make payments online.  Fees are based on the current Fee Schedule .
