How Can I Request Records?
Requests can be made via the Citizen Self Service (CSS) portal. View instructions for submitting a records request online.
The process takes between five to seven business days. Customers will be notified by email or phone.
Completed requests will be made available for download, CD, or print. Print copies may be requested on the letter, legal, or ledger-size paper.
