How Can I Request Records?

Requests can be made via the Citizen Self Service (CSS) portal.  Click here to view instructions for submitting a records request online.

Alternatively, you may download and complete the Records Request Form and email it to buildingrecords@miamibeachfl.gov.

The process takes between five to seven business days.  Customers will be notified by email or phone.

Completed requests will be made available for download, CD or print.  Print copies may be requested on letter, legal or ledger size paper.

 

What Types Of Records Are Kept?

Permit and Inspections history, drawings, applications and various Building related documents.

Where can I pay the invoice?

Customers may make payments online.  Fees related to public records requests may be found on page 10 of the Fee Schedule.
