Residential Parking Permit Application

Miami Beach residents may visit our Customer Service Center located at: 1755 Meridian Ave, Suite 100, and provide their vehicle registration with a valid proof of Miami Beach residency and must include the resident’s name and address. Current statement must be within the last 30 days.

• Utility bill (electric, phone, gas, cable)
• Mobile phone carrier statement
• Bank statement
• Credit card statement (credit card number must be obstructed)
• Vehicle insurance statement
• Mortgage statement
• Property tax statement (last one received)

Please note that your permit is not active until payment has been received and confirmation is provided.
