Miami Beach has seven parks that offer pavilion rentals for your next event or gathering.
Crespi, Fairway Tatum, Stillwater and Normandy Isle Parks:
Rental Fees:
- Residents: $164 + tax
- Non-Residents: $405 + tax
Events lasting over 4 hrs will be charged an additional $34 / hour
Available for Rent Monday – Sunday, 10 AM – 4 PM
Rules and Regulations:
- Rentals may not be available during regular operating hours.
- Balloons and plastic / metallic decorations (including glitter, tinsel, plastic, metalized confetti, sequins, synthetic flower petals, mylar streamers, etc,) are prohibited in public marinas, parks & beaches.
- Setup and clean up times are included within the 4 hour rental. This includes setup and breakdown of all vendors.

- There are no electrical outlets available for use.
- Balloons and plastic / metallic decorations (including glitter, tinsel, plastic, metalized confetti, sequins, synthetic flower petals, mylar streamers, etc,) are prohibited in public marinas, parks & beaches.
- Setup and clean up times are included within the 4 hour rental. This includes setup and breakdown of all vendors.
Muss Park
Rental Fees:
- Residents: $229 + tax
- Non-Residents: $405 + tax
Available for rent Saturday – Sunday, 12 PM – 4 PM
Rules and Regulations:
- Rentals may not be available during regular operating hours.
- No ponies and petting farms permitted.
- Balloons and plastic / metallic decorations (including glitter, tinsel, plastic, metalized confetti, sequins, synthetic flower petals, mylar streamers, etc,) are prohibited in public marinas, parks & beaches.
- Cooking (open flame) is NOT permitted on site, only pre-cooked foods.
- The renter is responsible to supervise all guests, party supplies and gifts.
- Renter is provided a designated area; however, park is open to the public.
- No water activities or DJ’s permitted.
- Fees increase if rental is on a holiday

Balloons along with plastic and metallic confetti, glitter, tinsel, synthetic flower petals and mylar streamers are prohibited in public marinas, parks and beaches.
