Rental Rules and Requirements
- 4-hour minimum for all rentals
- Field rentals require insurance, waivers, and a rental agreement
- Setup and clean-up time are included within the 4-hour rental (includes vendor setup and breakdown)
- Rentals may not be available during regular operating hours
- Fields are not available on holidays
- Additional costs may apply for field marking and setup preparation
- Prohibited decorations: Balloons and plastic/metallic items (including glitter, tinsel, plastic, metalized confetti, sequins, synthetic flower petals, mylar streamers, etc.) in public marinas, parks, and beaches

- Non-Residents: $321 + tax

- Basketball courts are not available for evening rental
- Events lasting over four hours will be charged an additional $34 / hour. Additional costs may be added for field marking and set up preparation.

Flamingo Park
Plan your next game or event at the best baseball field in South Florida. The baseball field is home to the Miami Beach High Tides, our local high school, and plays host to the Adult South Florida Baseball League. Several baseball players from Major League Baseball (MLB) train on this magnificently maintained field during the off-season. The stadium also features a grandstand and restrooms.

Flamingo Park
In 2013, the Flamingo Park Memorial Football Field and track was renovated. Updates include renovation of the bleacher building, press box, restrooms and concession stand in compliance with ADA standards, installation of artificial turf and field drainage to accommodate for football and soccer games and an eight lane running track surfaced with material that is guaranteed to also withstand bikes and rollerblades. This field is used 12-months a year by a wide range of players that includes the Parks and Recreation Department, high school, civic leagues and charitable teams. Several NFL players train on this field during the off season.
