Parking Customer Service (Finance)
Permits are sold by the customer service division of the Finance Department located on the 1st floor of 1755 Meridian Avenue. The hours of operation are 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Most parking permits are handled by the customer service division including residential, garage and lot monthly, freight loading zone, and production company recreational vehicle permits, to name a few.
Parking Administration
The Parking Administration office is located on the 2nd floor of 1755 Meridian Avenue. The hours of operation are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The Parking Administration office handles requests for Space Rentals (including valet), Construction Parking Management Plan (CPMP) reviews, requests for citation appeals and Board and Committee member permits.
