Our programs are specially designed to allow every adult of any activity level to participate in a safe and inviting environment. Senior Volunteer Program:
Seniors ages 55+, come support youth across Miami Beach by volunteering your time to help improve reading and language fluency.
PLAY TIME AND AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMMING
The Parks and Recreation Department welcomes senior volunteers to read or teach foreign languages to young students as part of the City of Miami Beach's new intergenerational Program Initiative. Volunteer opportunities exist at the following locations:
Play Time Programming (Ages 3-4) Monday - Friday 10AM - 11AM

After School Programming (Grades K-3) Monday - Friday 3PM - 4PM
