Keep track of your building inspection routes with optional SMS text message notifications. When you opt in, you’ll receive timely updates about your inspection status:

Morning Notice:
Sent at the start of the day. (8:30 A.M.)

Route Update:
Sent when the inspector has only a few inspections pending before arriving at your location.
How to opt in:
- Click here to Schedule your inspection through the Civic Access Portal.
- Select the option to receive SMS text message notifications for Building Inspection notifications.
- Include the cell phone number of the on-site contact.
What items are required for inspection:
- Job to be inspected must be accessible
- Approved and stamped job copy of the plans and documents
- Permit Card
- Recorded Notice of Commencement
- Property address must be properly posted and visible from the street
