Space Rentals

Parking space rentals are available for Construction Projects, Film & Photo Productions, Special Events, Moving, and Valet purposes. A City of Miami Beach permit is required for all rentals. The cost for Construction parking is $49 per space, Special Event parking is $34 per space, Film & Photo Production parking is $17 per space, moving parking is $34 per space, and Valet parking is $44 per space per day. Please note that the parking permit is ancillary, and requestors must present a valid permit from Public Works/Building, Special Event, or Film departments when requesting parking spaces. Moving rentals are exempt from this requirement. Requests must be made at least three (3) business days in advance, and ten (10) business days in advance for non-metered or residential areas.
