Miami Beach residents who live in designated Residential Parking Zones (view zones on map) can apply for a Residential Parking Permit. Once your residency is confirmed and your permit is approved, you will be automatically enrolled in the Residential Parking Program, giving you access to exclusive benefits such as discounted hourly and monthly parking rates, waived transaction fees and the Text Before Tow notification service.
Vehicle registration and proof of Miami Beach residency are required when applying online.

Please include valid and current copies of the following:
- VALID FLORIDA PHOTO ID
Florida Driver's license issued to the applicant's Miami Beach residential address within the applicable Residential Parking Permit Zone for which the permit is requested. - VALID FLORIDA VEHICLE REGISTRATION
A valid Florida vehicle registration issued to the applicant, listing the applicant's residential address within the applicable Residential Parking Permit Zone for which the permit is requested. - VALID PROOF OF RESIDENCY FOR YOUR ZONE
One (1) of the following monthly bill/statement with the resident's name and address. (Documents must be dated within the last 30 days to ensure current residency and prevent issuance of permits based on outdated or inactive addresses)- Utility bill (FPL, gas, cable)
- Cell phone bill
- Mortgage statement
- Property tax statement (last one received)
- Residential Lease Document (fully executed/greater than 6 months)
- VALID FLORIDA PHOTO ID
