Performance Appraisals


Employee and managerial performance will be appraised based on specified goals and achievements as well as other appropriate job factors.

Appraisals are conducted annually prior to your anniversary date and will determine the granting ofpay increases if eligible.

These appraisals will have direct bearing on your advancement with the City, i.e., promotions and salary increases. Marginal or unsatisfactory appraisals can lead to termination.
