Miami Beach residents who provide proof of residency are eligible for parking programs and discounts, which include the following:

Parking at on-street and off-street meters.
Discounted Garage Parking using ParkMobile
No Transaction Fees with ParkMobile and PayByPhone

(ParkMobile only for garages).
Monthly Parking Rate: $70 + Tax

Registered Miami Beach residents get a 15-minute tow grace period with real-time text alerts (Not applicable in freight zones or for life-safety violations).

If you are already registered with a Residential Parking Permit, this new feature will be added to your account automatically. Please keep your account information up to date, especially your mobile number. Go to parking portal

If you live in a Residential Parking Zone and have already registered for a Residential Parking Permit, you're automatically enrolled and receive these benefits.

If you do not have a Residential Parking Permit, you can still apply for the Residential Parking Program and receive the same discounts. Follow the application instructions below. Online and In-Person Registration Available.

Bring Required Documents:
Please include valid and current copies of the following:
1. VALID FLORIDA PHOTO ID
  Florida Driver's license issued to the applicant's Miami Beach residential address within the applicable Residential Parking Permit Zone for which the permit is requested.
2. VALID FLORIDA VEHICLE REGISTRATION
  A valid Florida vehicle registration issued to the applicant, listing the applicant's residential address within the applicable Residential Parking Permit Zone for which the permit is requested.
3. VALID PROOF OF RESIDENCY FOR YOUR ZONE
  One (1) of the following monthly bill/statement with the resident's name and address. (Documents must be dated within the last 30 days to ensure current residency and prevent issuance of permits based on outdated or inactive addresses)
  Utility bill (FPL, gas, cable)
  Cell phone bill
  Mortgage statement
  Property tax statement (last one received)
  Residential Lease Document (fully executed/greater than 6 months)
